Our mobile mini pancakes are a perfect appetiser for your next event. Our Charcuterie style selection of fruits, spreads and toppings placed on top of your mini pancakes cooked onsite for your guests to customise in Toowoomba and surrounding areas.

Gourmet Pancake Bites are here to cater for any occasion, including - Weddings, Engagement parties, Bridal Showers, Hens Parties, Baby Showers, Birthday celebrations, Christmas parties and many more.

Our prices include:

- Complete setup and pack-down

- Council permit

- Cleaning of our equipment and any mess made in our cooking and serving area

- Up to 3 hours of hire (longer periods maybe available upon enquiry).

- Gourmet Pancake Bites will be preparing, cooking, serving at the event (two/three people will work at the event).

- Mini pancakes cooked on site at your preferred location, fresh fruits (pending season availability), spreads and toppings

- Servings provided on disposable dishes and fork

Plus a qualified food safety supervisor will be present to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety. Treat your guests to a memorable culinary experience!

 

Bookings:

For bookings you will need to indicate the amount of guests you wish to cater for, this will assist us in preparing with product quantities and to supply you with an accurate quote.

Please allow up to two hours before your event begins to allow us time to set up for your event (hire charges do not apply for set up)

Booking fee per guest (minimum booking of 40 guests apply)

- Includes 3 hour hire fee 

- Select your custom menu for your event (packages will be provided) 

- Each guest will receive two (2) dishes from your custom menu

Should you require a longer timeframe or wish to cater for a large group please mention this in your enquiry for a customised quote.​

To secure a booking for your upcoming event, a 25% non-refundable booking fee will be required upon receival of invoice.

 

To avoid disappointment in missing out on securing your special event date, we recommend booking a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
